I have received officially a letter today which includes the following..

Dear Member Clubs,
The senior executive of the SDCCL have decided after many agonising hours to cease the senior section of the Southern District & Churches Cricket League…..
The executive also wishes to announce that our junior section of the association is still very strong under the guidance of Iain Giles and Neil Daly. It will continue under the guidance of its own executive and strive to fulfil the needs of our junior players.
The GWCCC committee is dedicated to ensure that the correct cricket association is selected to enhance the club going forward..
Please be available next Wednesday night at the AGM to participate in discussion on future direction..
